Jon graduated from York St John University in 2008 and has predominantly worked in private practice
dealing with all types of musculoskeletal injuries to joints and muscle.
Along side his private work, he currently holds the position of Head academy Physiotherapist for Coventry
City Football club working with players from 8 years of age to the first team and has also spent a season with
Crystal Palace Football Academy. He has treated a wide variety of elite sportsmen and women from around
the which include international Fencers, Archers, Power lifters and Olympic long distance medalists.
Before qualifying as a Physiotherapist Jon completed a degree in Sports Science and Exercise coaching and worked for 6years as a personal trainer in Bristol. During this time he developed a thorough understanding and application of exercise and rehabilitation working along side a orthopaedic medical team for end stage rehabilitation of clients following operations.
Jon now specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy looking after necks, shoulders, backs and lower limb injuries. He has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, which is developing through strong links with local sports clubs such as Leamington athletics club.
Outside of work Jon is a keen sportsman, having completed half/full marathons, ultra marathon's and adventure races. He is also an
avid rugby fan and general sports enthusiast. In 2013 he will be competing in his first olympic distance triathlon in London.
